Refund policy

At Crazy Couple Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

  • Missing item in the package

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized/customized products
  • Used products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video (if available)
  • Reason for return

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was from our side

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Exchange for another item depending on product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Contact your bank for processing delays

8. Important Note

Crazy Couple Hub reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if:

  • The request does not meet policy conditions
  • Evidence is insufficient
  • The item has been used or altered after delivery
